Manhattan Youth is seeking certified Lifeguards to join our aquatics team at our Downtown Community Center in Tribeca. Candidates must be punctual, reliable, personable, and have a strong desire to work with children and families.
This is a part-time position, 8-30 hours per week. Our pool is open:
Preference will go to candidates with some weekend availability (Saturdays, Sundays, or both) and who are available to continue working through our Summer season (which runs through August 17th).
Pay: $18-22/hr, depending upon experience. Candidates who have experience teaching swim lessons may be eligible for $22/hr+.
We offer a pleasant work environment with flexible schedules. On-site recertifying is provided for active employees.
