Job Title: Radiologic Technologist Job Specialty: Mobile X-Ray Technician Job Duration: Ongoing Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM Guaranteed Hours: To be discussed Experience: Not Specified License: Valid driver's license and applicable state licenses Certifications: ARRT Certification Must-Have: Vaccination against COVID-19 or valid exemption documentation Job Description: - Provide mobile X-Ray and EKG services to nursing homes, health care facilities, and other miscellaneous facilities. - Perform and process X-Rays using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment and submit/transmit them to a Radiologist for interpretation. - Unload portable X-Ray equipment and take it into facilities to perform exams as ordered by the physician, ensuring clinically diagnostic and technically competent x-ray images are obtained. - Perform EKGs as needed and transmit them to a Cardiologist for interpretation. - Scan exam-related paperwork and billing documents daily per protocol. - Communicate regularly with dispatch and management. - Interact professionally with peers, supervisory staff, and clients. - Maintain vehicle and x-ray equipment.
