UW Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Family Medicine for a nursing job in Monona, Wisconsin.

100% FTE, Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm. No weekends or holidays. You will work at the Yahara Clinic located in Monona, WI.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to: 

  • Provide quality care to patients from birth to end of life, in a compassionate patient and family-centered ambulatory environment.
  • Promote healthy lifestyles, wellness and education and provide chronic condition management/education.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of school of nursing Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Preferred

Work Experience

  • 6 months of RN experience Required
  • Relevant RN experience Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

  • Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact Upon Hire Required
  • CPR/BLS Certification Upon Hire Required
  • Applicable clinical certification Preferred
