## **Cold Caller / Appointment Setter (US Hours)**

**Hours:** 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM EST (US Time Only)
### **What This Role Is**
You will call **home service professionals** (plumbers, roofers, HVAC, electricians, etc.) to **set qualified appointments** for our sales team.
No hard selling. No arguing. No pressure tactics.
Your job is simple: **start conversations, qualify interest, book the appointment.**
If you can talk like a human, listen well, and follow a proven script, you’ll do fine.
### **What You’ll Be Calling About**
* **LeadsFlow180** – marketing systems + AI tools for home service pros
* **Dr. Home Fixer** – a contractor directory with **free listings** and lead-gen tools
Yes, _free_ is part of the pitch. No, it’s not a scam. You’ll be trained.
### **Responsibilities**
* Make outbound calls using our dialer
* Book appointments directly on the sales calendar
* Log call outcomes accurately in the CRM
* Maintain a professional, upbeat tone—even when someone is grumpy
### **Requirements (Non-Negotiable)**
* **Fluent, clear English** (US callers, US businesses)
* Confident speaking voice (not robotic, not whispering)
* Positive attitude and thick skin
* Reliable internet + quiet calling environment
* Comfortable talking to business owners
* Cold calling or appointment setting experience
