Organizational excellence: Mastery of multitasking, managing priorities, and maintaining a clean, efficient office. Proficiency in office software: Comfort with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and medical office software. Strong communication: You’ll need to effectively communicate with both staff and patients while creating an environment of trust and collaboration.
