1st Shift, Eden Prairie: Order Picker/ Weekly pay $20/hr!

Job Description

Will be assisting the hose assembly team and warehouse team. This is an order picking position working with the production team. Candidates will be picking parts for hose assembly from the product racks. They will be using a scanner to get the parts and bring them to the assembly team. Some pick sheets are involved and will be using a scanner to maintain inventory.

Responsibilities

• Assist the hose assembly and warehouse team.
• Pick parts for hose assembly from product racks using a scanner.
• Use pick sheets and a scanner to maintain inventory.
• Operate a stand-up reach truck.
• Log inventory and parts pulled.
• Stock and stage parts for future use.
• Make labels and enter data into Excel.
• Perform detailed order counting and measuring with a tape measure.
• Cut products to length after measuring.

Essential Skills:

• 1+ year order picking experience in a warehouse
• Ability to work in a small team environment
• 1+ year using a RF Scanning gun
• Basic computer skills to input and create shipping labels (Must be good with computers)

Work Environment

Temperature-controlled manufacturing environment. The team consists of about fifteen people in the back, with a very spread-out building that is neat and organized. Shift time is from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of EDEN PRAIRIE, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
