Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and patient CNA's or HHA's with experience in Alzheimer's and Dementia care to provide dedicated, in-home support to clients with memory impairments. If you have a passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and individuals with cognitive decline, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities: •Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
•Provide gentle redirection and memory care support to ensure client safety
•Engage clients in cognitive activities and meaningful social interactions
•Assist with mobility support, including transfers and ambulation assistance
•Prepare meals and assist with feeding or medication reminders when necessary
•Monitor and report changes in clients' health, mood, or behavior
•Offer compassionate companionship to reduce anxiety and confusion
•Maintain a structured, safe, and clean environment
Qualifications: Florida CNA license
or Home Health Aide certification
Valid CPR certification
Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
Physical ability to assist with mobility and lifting

Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
