Construction Laborer

Are you reliable, hardworking, and ready to learn a skilled trade? We're seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Construction Laborers. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to break into the construction field, gain valuable hands-on experience, and build a long-term career. No prior construction experience is requiredwe provide thorough, on-the-job training.

As a Construction Laborer, you'll support skilled tradespeople and assist with a variety of construction and pre-fabrication tasks, including:

• Assisting with construction and electrical-related labor tasks
• Handling materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
• Supporting installation, assembly, and basic wiring activities
• Reading and following blueprints, layouts, and work instructions
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Following all safety procedures and wearing required PPE

Work Environment: Pre-fabrication construction facility (heated; not air-conditioned)

Schedule:

• Monday Thursday: 4:00 PM 2:00 AM
• Friday: 4:00 PM 12:00 AM
• Minimum 48 hours per week (four 10-hour shifts and one 8-hour shift)

Required PPE:

• Steel-toe boots (employee-provided)
• Hard hat, safety vest, and safety glasses (provided at orientation)

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ruther Glen, VA.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
