Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our immigration legal team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for immigration law and a strong desire to advocate for Immigration clients in various legal matters.
This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse cases and grow within a supportive environment.
The Candidate will:
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Represent clients before USCIS and Immigration Court proceedings and litigate on their behalf
- Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide range of issues
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and paralegals to ensure effective case management
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the practice areas
- Proficient in legal research, writing, and analysis
- Experience or interest in Immigration law.
- Ability to draft legal documents accurately and efficiently.
