Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr Salary is 150k to 200k Seeking an experienced and forward-thinking IT professional to lead the strategy and implementation of cutting-edge IT solutions for our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT leadership, project management, and transformations, along with a deep understanding of Salesforce technology solutions. This role is an exciting opportunity to play a key part in driving technological change and enhancing IT infrastructure to support business goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead the strategic direction of IT applications and infrastructure. Oversee the integration of modern business analytics tools and reporting systems to enhance management decision-making. Maintain a high level of awareness and response to emerging security protocols and industry threats. Guide the design and implementation of an effective IT governance structure to ensure smooth service delivery across the entire IT landscape. Lead project management efforts, prioritizing critical initiatives and ensuring timely execution. Provide leadership for the continued development and upskilling of the internal IT team while managing third-party outsourcing relationships. Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. An advanced degree (Master's, MBA) in business, engineering, or a relevant technical discipline is a plus. At least 15 years of professional experience in the IT industry, with a minimum of 10 years in IT leadership roles. Proven track record of overseeing application development and infrastructure. Solid understanding of contemporary security challenges and protocols. Advanced knowledge of IT methodologies, user acceptance practices, and modern project management techniques. Strong experience in managing cloud-based, as-a-service solutions, and vendor relationships.
