Job Description
Job Title: Handyman / Construction Worker
We are seeking an experienced Handyman/Construction Worker to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong skills across multiple trades, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to high-quality work.
Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of proven experience as a handyman, contractor, or in a similar construction role
Strong knowledge of general maintenance procedures and techniques
Skilled in carpentry, drywall, installations, and repairs
Ability to perform physical labor , including lifting 50+ lbs and working in varied weather conditions
Proficient with hand and power tools
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Excellent communication skills and professionalism with homeowners and team members
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Responsibilities
Perform construction and handyman tasks including:
Flooring, carpeting, and tile installation/replacement
Painting, spackling, drywall repair
Demolition and clean-up
Follow directions from supervisors and collaborate with the team to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
Keep work truck clean and organized (when applicable)
Use company-provided technology for communication, scheduling, and job site monitoring
Work directly with the Maintenance Manager and Construction Foreman
