POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Involvement in all phases from schematic design through the end of Design Development, Construction Documents/ Building permit submittal, and Construction Administration
• Apply and analyze advanced architectural concepts and designs
• Review drawings and designs to ensure adherence to established specifications, standards, and codes
• Monitor budgets and schedules and maintain project documentation
• Prepares reports and specifications as requested
• Maintain positive working relationships with clients, outside consultants and technical staff 
• Effectively and positively provide direction and coordinate architectural staff and consultants

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• 1+ years of experience
• Experience in all phases of the architecture process.
• Proficiency in Revit
• Exceptional attention to detail, highly organized, efficient work execution, and willingness to get tasks done
• Self-motivated; ability to work independently and in a team environment to coordinate with other design professionals
• Commitment to their own professional growth; preferably to obtaining licensure as an architect
• Great & positive communication skills
