About This Role  

Within Point72 Ventures, the Proprietary Research team delivers value-added research capabilities and products designed to elevate the private investing workflow. This role merges traditional data engineering with AI, ideal for a hands-on engineer focused on delivering results. You'll build and maintain data pipelines using Airflow, EKS, and AWS, and create LLM-powered agents to transform data interaction. The ideal candidate has AWS experience, strong engineering fundamentals, and a passion for rapid prototyping and iterative improvement. You'll develop APIs for internal data products, collaborate with stakeholders to address business challenges, and continuously improve our data infrastructure. The annual base salary range for this role is $175,000-$225,000 (USD), which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
