Hiring Pay Range: $20.60 to $27.00
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Pay Grade: 106
Full Pay Range: $20.60 to $32.40

Position Summary:
Provides support in the daily operations of the Victim Services Unit; advocates for victims of crime; provides support services for victims of crime; and serves as a liaison between victims of crime/witnesses to crime to the criminal justice process/system.
Essential Duties:
Primary/Backup handler of an Emotional Support Facility Canine assigned to the Victim Services Unit. Those duties include:
Qualifications:
Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or GED is required. A degree in Social Work, Criminal Justice, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is preferred, but not required; two (2) years of experience working or interning/volunteering in the field of criminal justice, social work, crisis intervention, victim advocacy, or case management; or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the essential functions of the position.
Licensing, Certification, and Other Requirements:
Possess a valid Arizona driver's license.
