Job Title:
Senior Desktop Support Engineer
Location:
Sturgeon Bay, WI (5x onsite; remote option on Fridays considered)
Serve as the primary onsite IT support for the Sturgeon Bay facility.
Support new hire onboarding, device setups, and offboarding processes.
Handle ServiceNow ticket triage and resolution, including a daily 2-hour call shift.
Drive documentation and process improvements to reduce ticket volume.
Mentor junior team members and collaborate with leadership on technical issues.
5+ years of desktop support or IT field service experience.
Strong background with SCCM, Intune, ServiceNow, and remote support tools (e.g., BeyondTrust).
Experience building images and deploying hardware/software.
Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team standards.
Confidence in communicating with senior leadership and handling high-pressure support scenarios.
Annual performance-based bonus (tied to personal, team, and company goals).
Scenic marina work environment with flexible onsite schedule (Fridays remote optional).
Stable hours: 7 AM–4 PM, no after-hours or on-call requirements.
3 weeks of PTO + 40 hours of flexible sick time.
