OVERVIEW
The job is to assist managed services customers in a back-office capacity with retirement plan administration duties using the ftwilliam.com software as well as help out other teams as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
ftwilliam.com provides administrative, document and compliance software for retirement plan service providers. This specialist supports with managed services by performing retirement plan administration using the ftwilliam.com software.
This position requires that the individual:
Assist with retirement plan administration for managed services customers
Run eligibility calculations, required testing included but not limited to 402g, 415, ADP/ACP, and run new comp allocations as requested for plans with at both a daily RK and pooled/SDBAs
Work closely with management and sales during the initial sale, to help with questions on managed services
Assist with other duties as time permits
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Two-year degree or comparable Industry experience
Experience with ftwilliam.com preferred
At least 3 years experience preferred
Must have retirement plan administration experience
OTHER KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Excellent customer service skills, including superior written and verbal communication skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
TRAVEL: Less than 5% travel required to our various office locations.

Compensation:
Target salary range CA, CT, CO, DC, HI, IL, MD, MN, NY, RI, WA: $91,600 - $126,800 Additional Information :
