Job Title: Sheet Metal Worker
Job Description

In this role, you will support the production of pressure vessels, food and dairy tanks, and other large-scale equipment. You will primarily work with stainless steel and aluminum materials. Responsibilities include setting up and operating a 400-ton Pacific press brake, interpreting blueprints, and managing projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for acquiring materials, cutting them to size using the shear, and setting them up on the press brake.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate a 400-ton Pacific press brake.
• Interpret blueprints accurately.
• Manage projects from inception to completion.
• Acquire and cut materials to size using the shear.
• Prepare and operate equipment for production tasks.

Essential Skills

• Metal fabrication
• Sheet metal fabrication
• Press brake operation
• Sheet metal cutting
• Seam welding

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with plasma cutting
• Skill in shear operating
• Proficiency in grinding and finishing

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hudson, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
