The Role

We’re hiring a Senior Recruiter to join our team in Los Angeles. You’ll be responsible for candidate delivery across executive-level searches, working closely with internal search leads and client stakeholders to identify, engage, and assess senior talent across VP to C-suite roles. This role blends sourcing expertise, candidate relationship management, and sharp market insight, all within a high-performance, collaborative environment.

This is a delivery-focused position ideal for a recruiter who enjoys deep, strategic search work in the executive space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own candidate sourcing and engagement across executive-level roles in renewables, infrastructure, and related sectors
  • Develop and manage pipelines of qualified talent through direct outreach, referrals, and research-driven strategies
  • Conduct structured interviews and candidate evaluations with a focus on executive presence, functional expertise, and cultural alignment
  • Partner with internal leads to align on role mandates, search strategy, and client goals
  • Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience through clear, thoughtful communication and timely follow-ups
  • Contribute to reporting, calibration, and internal updates throughout the search process
  • Stay current on industry trends, leadership moves, and emerging talent in target markets

You Bring

  • Experience recruiting for executive or senior-level roles within a search firm or recruiting agency environment
  • Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills, with an ability to engage passive executive talent
  • Clear, confident communication style and comfort working with internal and external senior stakeholders
  • Professional rigor, high attention to detail, and a focus on quality
  • Based in Los Angeles and available to work on-site four days per week
