1. Title: Senior Financial Analyst

1. Salary: $100k - $125k base (Depending on Experience) + bonus potential

1. Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain dynamic financial models to support budgeting and forecasting
• Analyze monthly results, identify performance trends, and provide insight to leadership
• Led forecasting and budgeting for multiple P&Ls totaling approximately $150M in annual revenue
• Collaborate with operations to monitor KPIs and cost efficiency across service lines
• Assist with pricing analysis and margin improvement strategies
• Prepare presentations and dashboards for executive decision-making

1. Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3+ years in FP&A or corporate finance, ideally within a service-based business
