Partnering closely with Engineering, Product & Design (EPD), and Care Delivery, you will guide product development squads to deliver clinically rigorous safe, equitable, and engaging solutions that produce outcomes at scale. As a clinical leader embedded in our product development squads, you will drive our cross-functional efforts to produce clinical outcomes at scale.

We are seeking a strategic, scientifically grounded, and creatively minded leader to serve as an internal subject matter expert (SME) on behavior change at Omada. You will be a thought leader and hands-on practitioner, ensuring interventions are grounded in evidence-based frameworks, aligned with Omada’s mission, and designed for impact at scale.

Reporting to the Director, Clinical Product, and focused on Omada’s Cardiometabolic Condition suite, you will navigate the complexities of building clinically efficacious, safe, equitable and engaging products in a rapid pace environment. You will establish alignment across stakeholders, recommend changes to practices when needed, and set clear, measurable objectives that connect daily work to company-wide goals.

Your Impact:

  • Collaborate with the Clinical/CD leaders and SMEs to establish an aligned, evidence-based Clinical Point-of-View, that drives prioritization and decision-making within the squad.
  • Advise cross-functional teams on behavioral frameworks, evidence-based strategies, and digital intervention models that drive clinically meaningful outcomes.
  • Partner closely with EPD to embed behavioral science principles into user experiences that improve engagement, adherence, and outcomes.
  • Review, synthesize, and apply behavioral science literature and frameworks to inform new product development and continuous program optimization.
  • Exercise judgment to evaluate trade-offs across clinical, business, and user factors; propose creative, effective solutions to complex challenges.
  • Lead alignment among stakeholders. Bring clinical thought leadership and strategic guidance to the squads.
  • Representative to the broader Clinical organization for their assigned R&D squad to represent shared product decisions
  • Ensure all product work is grounded in evidence, meets Omada’s standards for clinical quality and safety, and reflects current standards of care.
  • Recommend changes to clinical product processes and establish procedures that enable cross-functional teams to achieve outcomes efficiently.
  • Use data and metrics to monitor outcomes, evaluate success, and adjust plans as needed.

  • Demonstrated success collaborating with Product and Design teams to translate behavioral science into engaging user experiences.
