Masis Staffing Solutions is assisting our client in searching for a Mortgage Post Closing Specialist in Langhorne PA. Position is temp-to-perm with potential to convert to permanent after a few months based on good performance. Position is initially fully onsite but in time may have a hybrid component.

Starting Pay: $18 and up based on experience

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5pm

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Ensure company receives fully executed files in a timely fashion from closing agents
• Facilitates review, correction if needed, and delivery of completed packages to lender
• Works to obtain signature on missing or additional documents from lender, borrower, closing agent
• Remedy post-closing issues or missing items through contact with closing agents and consumers
• Monitoring and responding to questions/information at post-closing email addresses.
• Understand and comply with regulatory requirement for funding, recording and policies.
• Timely and accurate sending of recordings to proper counties for recording
• Monitor incoming recording and enter into Resware as completed task
• Completes Owner’s and Loan Policies
• Works on scanning, projects, uploading images as needed

Qualifications Required:

• 3-5 years of experience in mortgage funding/closing environment required
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• MS Office including Excel
• Strong proof-reading skills
• Ability to work in a deadline driven, fast paced, high producing environment
