Position Overview:

 

PEAK HOLIDAY PREMIUM: An additional $1.00/hr from November 24th through December 21st.

 

The Seasonal Janitor is responsible for ensuring a clean and safe working environment for all Duluth Trading employees at our Belleville, WI Fulfillment Center. 

Position Details:

This Seasonal Flex Part-Time position requires hours during the Weekend Shift: Friday - Sunday 6:00AM - 6:30PM

 

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain cleanliness in the office areas, and main lobby.
  • Trash and recycle paper removal -nightly
  • Vacuum as needed. Weekly minimum
  • Dust all work surfaces weekly
• Maintain cleanliness of all restrooms and showers in the facility
• Maintain cleanliness of all lunchroom and upper-level break rooms.
• Recommend purchases of cleaning supplies. Maintain inventory and communicate to warehouse supervisor when replenishment of supplies is needed.
• Removal of snow from sidewalks as needed.
• Other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma
  • Equivalent work experience would be considered
• Floor stripping and waxing experience preferred
• Ability to adjust daily task schedule as needed to support the operations

Environmental Factors:

• Standing or walking for up to eight hours a day.
• Frequently lifting up to thirty pounds, occasionally lifting up to seventy pounds.
• Frequently reaching, twisting, and bending in multiple directions.
• Ability to perform work in tight quarter workstations.
• Moderate warehouse noise level.
• Push/pull a picking cart and/or pallet of up to five hundred pounds.
• Continuous arm, hand, and wrist movement (i.e.: folding garments).
• Work in temperatures ranging from 50 – 95 degrees (occasionally ranging from 0-60 degrees).
• The ability to walk long distances
• The ability to climb flights of stairs throughout the day
• The ability to either stand for long periods of time
• The ability to remain in a stationary position, often sanding for prolonged periods of times
• Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one work area to another
• Adjusting or moving objects over 20 lbs. in all directions

Compensation: $17.00/hour

Compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
