Bayscapes Inc. is seeking a dedicated and friendly Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for assisting our clients with inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing exceptional service. You will work remotely, ensuring timely responses to client emails, phone calls, and live chat requests, while maintaining a positive and professional experience for every customer.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and live chat support.
- Address client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems promptly.
- Assist with product information, order status, and general company inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.
