SAP TSW (Trader's and Scheduler's Workbench) Expert

Summary

Our client in the Oil & Gas industry is seeking a highly skilled SAP TSW (Trader's and Scheduler's Workbench) Expert to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP TSW module and will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of SAP TSW solutions. The role requires a deep understanding of the oil and gas industry, trading, and scheduling processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and support of SAP TSW module, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and analyze trading and scheduling processes, and translate them into SAP TSW solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration of SAP TSW with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP SD, SAP MM) and external systems.
• Develop and customize SAP TSW functionalities to meet specific business requirements.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to SAP TSW, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, test cases, and user manuals.
• Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams on SAP TSW functionalities and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP developments and industry trends to suggest improvements and enhancements to the existing system.
• Specific Tasks:
  • Nomination maintenance: validation, event, status, and communications.
  • Ticket maintenance: validation and status.
  • 3-way pegging maintenance.
  • Movement scenario and junction function conception.
  • IPW or SPW stock projection.
  • Work List functionality.
  • Master data maintenance (location, transport system, transport unit, partner role, etc.).
  • Measurement comparison functionality.
  • Laytime and demurrage functionality.
  • Integration of TSW with other functionalities such as SD and MM.
  • Practical experience in conceptual work, configuration, documentation, testing, cut-over activities, and PGLS.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in SAP implementation and support projects.
• Experience with SAP TSW implementation and support projects in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Proficiency in SAP TSW configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.
• Strong understanding of trading and scheduling processes within the oil and gas sector.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Experience in managing SAP TSW projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Comprehensive knowledge of TSW Master data, Nomination, Ticketing, Planning, Dynamic scheduling, and Reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of pipeline and marine scenarios.
• Expertise in TSW enhancements, validations, and customized reporting.
• Integration knowledge with other relevant modules of TSW.
• SAP TSW certification is a plus.
