Position Overview:
The Entry Level Sales Representative will be responsible for developing long lasting relationships between our clients and customers. You will receive paid training on the fundamentals of sales and customer relationship management. We are looking for competitive, hard-working and most of all motivated people who want to jump start their career by building the foundation of what it takes to be a leader.

Training and daily responsibilities:

• Focus on generating and qualifying new business opportunities for our clients
• Customer relationship management
• Develop skills necessary to communicate and educate on client’s portfolio of vast products and services
• Deliver sales presentations in order to generate account acquisitions and build customer rapport
• Maintain sales reports and records using Salesforce.com
• Reach and exceed key performance indicators

Top qualities:

• Associate or Bachelors degree is preferred

We realize in today’s day and age, telemarketing and direct mail cannot effectively help a company gain and retain their clients. We have proven that a smile and a handshake is a more powerful tool when it comes to acquiring lifelong customers for our clients.

Evantage, inc. was founded in April of 2006 and our first client was a major telecommunications company based in Dallas. We have worked with them ever since, but have also taken on new campaigns and expanded from Dallas to having 32 offices throughout 14 states as of October 2018. By the end of 2023, we anticipate having 50 locations across the nation. We currently handle campaigns for well established, blue chip companies in the following industries: telecommunications, high speed internet, fiber optics, television, and office supplies.
