🎥 Now Hiring: Production Engineer / Broadcast Engineer

Are you passionate about supporting live television production in a fast-paced broadcast environment? We're seeking an experienced Production Engineer / Broadcast Engineer to join our team in Stamford, CT .

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Provide front-line technical support for multiple studios and control rooms within the Stamford Sports facility.
Support all broadcast systems and technology for live, day-of-air programs.
Troubleshoot hardware, audio/video systems, and network issues.
Perform preventative maintenance on studio equipment and systems.
Collaborate with Studio Operations, Production, and Engineering to implement technical solutions.
Assist with equipment installation, software updates, and system commissioning.
Manage and support projects, including system design and integration.

🧠 What You Bring:

3–5+ years of experience in a television broadcast environment.
BS in Engineering, Communications, or equivalent experience.
Hands-on knowledge of:
Sony cameras & switchers, EVS (IP Director, XSquare)
Evertz & Grass Valley routing, RTS Intercom, Calrec consoles
SMPTE 2110 standards, Chyron graphics, Avid Media Composer & Interplay
Strong understanding of:
TCP/IP networks, digital TV (HDSDI), 1080P/4K HDR production
Audio/video systems, wireless audio, and communication technologies
Computer server installation & maintenance
Comfortable reading system signal flow diagrams and using AutoCAD.
Calm under pressure with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Willingness to support a 24/7 live production environment.
