your studies and in your future career. For the right candidate, this internship also has the potential to roll into a part-time or full-time position following the completion of the internship.

Below you will find the responsibilities and projects planned for your internship.

PROJECTS

  • Sales Process Optimization: Assist in setting up and optimizing sales team workflows in ASANA. Expand on previously built account boards, establish structured daily to-do lists, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • CRM Implementation & Management: Support the potential implementation of Salesforce as a CRM for client management. If the project moves forward, take ownership of setting up accounts and optimizing usage for the sales team.
  • Assist With Quarterly and Annual Sales Commitment Planning: Assist in planning and maintaining documentation for the sales department on quarterly and annual targets. Input and maintain progress within the project management tool (ASANA).
  • Tableau Dashboard Development: Work on a sales reporting dashboard in Tableau to provide actionable insights for the channel marketing team. Gain experience in data visualization and reporting best practices.
  • Standardized Note-Taking System: Develop and implement a structured note-taking process for sales representatives. Ensure adoption through training and change management practices.
  • Customer Meeting Coordination: Assist in planning and executing customer meetings, including creating presentations, ordering samples, pulling sales reports, coordinating with marketing, and organizing the meeting agenda.
  • Training on ASANA: Provide training sessions and support for sales team members to improve adoption and efficient use of ASANA for project management and workflow optimization.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Account Organization: Maintain and update customer account information. Develop strategies for efficient account segmentation and organization to support sales operations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current sales workflows and collaborate with sales representatives to implement streamlined solutions.
  • Project Management Support: Work with the sales team to integrate and optimize the use of ASANA for tracking key initiatives, customer briefs, and performance goals.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Assist in the creation of sales performance dashboards using Tableau. Ensure data accuracy and usability for decision-making.
  • CRM Utilization: Learn and apply Salesforce CRM best practices to support sales operations. If implemented, assist in managing and maintaining sales data.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support: Work closely with sales, marketing, and data teams to align on project goals and execution.
  • Customer Meeting Support: Help organize and execute high-profile client meetings, including logistical planning and presentation development.
  • Continuous Learning & Development: Stay up-to-date on best practices in sales operations, CRM management, and data visualization to enhance skillset and contribute effectively to the team
