Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Remote Travel Agent to support clients in planning enjoyable and seamless travel experiences. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about travel and enjoy helping others explore new destinations. You will work remotely, assisting clients with research, trip coordination, and personalized recommendations.
Responsibilities:
Research destinations, itineraries, and travel experiences tailored to client preferences.
Assist with trip planning, including accommodations, activities, and transportation arrangements.
Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries.
Maintain organized and accurate client and booking records.
Provide support to travelers before, during, and after their trips.
Collaborate with team members to enhance client experience and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Customer-focused, friendly, and professional demeanor.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service is helpful but not required.
