Responsibilities

• Complete the PLACE Launch program.
• Implement weekly PLACE lead generation systems.
• Guide buyers, secure agreements, and help find homes.
• Negotiate offers for sellers and buyers.
• Use PLACE Technology to track tasks.
• Host two open houses monthly.
• Turn prospecting into scheduled appointments.
• Join weekly script practice per team standards.
• Participate in team activities as per guidelines.
• Schedule weekly coaching, training, and Partner Calls.
• Advise sellers, secure listings, and market properties.
• Show expertise in pricing, staging, and listing services.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and competitive in sales
• Skilled in building rapport and meeting client needs
• Proficient in lead generation
• Expert at handling objections
• Strong communicator and service-oriented
• Team player
• Valid real estate license
• At least 3 years in real estate sales
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Eager to learn and grow
• Highly organized
• Open to using scripts and dialogues
• Excellent time management skills
