Your Role:
- Deliver one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions.
- Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
- Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
- Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
- Foster a positive learning environment for clients and maintain accurate session data.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, with a passion for making a difference.
- Skills: Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
Need to Know:
- Services are provided in clients' homes or community locations.
- Start part-time and take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
