Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical QA Tester to join our team. As a QA Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products by identifying bugs, conducting tests, and improving overall user experience. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering flawless software, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and execute test cases to ensure product quality.
* Identify, document, and track bugs using bug-tracking tools.
* Conduct manual and automated testing to detect software defects.
* Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure seamless software releases.
* Perform regression, functional, usability, and performance testing.
* Analyze test results and report findings to improve software performance.
* Ensure compliance with quality standards and industry best practices.
* Continuously enhance testing processes and strategies.

Key Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience as a QA Tester or similar role.
* Familiarity with testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, Postman).
* Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Attention to detail and ability to think critically.
* Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript) is a plus.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects.
