We’re seeking a motivated and client-focused Public Relations Assistant to join our fast-growing marketing and communications team. In this role, you’ll support building strong relationships with clients and media, help manage communications around events and campaigns, and contribute to initiatives that create meaningful connections and positive impact.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a key liaison between clients and the PR team, providing prompt, professional, and courteous communication regarding campaigns, events, and outreach efforts.
Assist in crafting and sharing clear, engaging updates about upcoming PR campaigns to boost client and community awareness.
Address client inquiries and concerns related to public relations activities, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Maintain accurate client and media contact records to support outreach and relationship-building strategies.
Collaborate closely with marketing, event, and PR teams to ensure consistent and high-quality engagement across all channels.
Uphold company communication standards to maintain professionalism and alignment with brand messaging.
