We’re looking for a self-motivated, highly organized problem solver . The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, adaptable, eager to learn, and able to help solve problems that will streamline our day to day processes . If you’re proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to support a dynamic group of creatives, we’d love to hear from you. 

SUMMARY- This particular role is suited for the natural highly organized spreadsheet lover, not for the budding artist trying to break their way into the creative side of production. Use of tech tools including AI for organization is critical. We are looking for positive-minded folks. Complainers need not apply.

• Create and manage template documents, schedules, and call sheets.
• Organize and streamline workflows and workspaces.
• Organize and coordinate characters, locations, and film equipment (including software updates and battery charging - will train).
• Assist with securing film permits and other necessary approvals.
• Book travel and accommodations for shoots.
  

• Conduct research and present findings to the creative team.
• Identify and organize business development opportunities (research and set up meetings).
• Communicate with people and organizations on behalf of the creative team.
  

• Provide hands-on support during shoots.
• Ensure smooth execution of production logistics.
  

• Starting Rate: $24/hour
• Hours: 10 per week
