Job Summary

Applicants must have entertainment experience and reside in Nashville TN.

We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the development and execution of both creative and technical projects across our music, media, and publishing brands. This role bridges product strategy and day-to-day project coordination—ensuring timely, efficient, and high-quality rollouts of print and digital based products. You’ll be responsible for managing timelines, aligning teams, procuring vendor quotes, fulfilling orders, working with ecommerce platforms, distributors and driving the overall product roadmap from concept to completion. Ideal candidates are organized, communicative, and comfortable navigating both creative, business and digital pipelines and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own project timelines and delivery schedules across multiple departments and product types.
  • Oversee development and launch of physical and digital products (print issues, websites, digital tools, merch drops, etc.).
  • Build and manage product roadmaps, working closely with leadership, design, dev, and editorial teams.
  • Run project meetings, track milestones, and flag risks to keep deliverables on time and within scope.
  • Ensure clear communication and documentation across all stakeholders and departments.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in product or project management, preferably in media, entertainment, or creative tech.
  • Proven ability to manage complex timelines and cross-functional workflows.
  • Familiarity with tools like Monday.com.
  • Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and creative production processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for music, storytelling, and digital innovation.
  • Currently resides in the Nashville Tennessee area.
