Outside Sales Representative

Are you a motivated, hands-on professional with construction experience and a passion for helping customers bring their vision to life? This high- earning,REMOTEoutside sales opportunity with a leading construction company could be the perfect fit. **Applicants must reside near Manhattan, KS, as the territory includes Abilene, Holton, Emporia, and the Nebraska border**

Looking for a self-motivated Sales Representative based in Riley County, KS, to manage full-cycle B2C construction projects from quoting and site visits to final walk-throughs. Youll be supported by a steady stream of inbound leads, an experienced marketing team, and internal sales operations.

Compensation & Perks:

• $40K base + commission First-year average: $115K$130K+

What Youll Do:

• Manage the full sales process from lead follow-up to project closeout
• Meet with homeowners, farmers, ranchers, and small businesses to consult on post-frame structures
• Quote projects using internal pricing systems and 3D design software
• Use HubSpot CRM to manage your pipeline and activity
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

What Youll Need:

• Local to Riley County or surrounding areas - role is remote but will include a lot of local travel
• Construction knowledge post-frame, ag buildings, or building materials preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Confidence, work ethic, and great communication skills
• No formal sales title required estimators, superintendents, or field-savvy professionals do good here as well
