Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Plant Manager to lead all facets of our manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for driving safety, quality, production, and maintenance initiatives while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all plant operations including safety, quality, production, and maintenance.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with departmental managers to meet manufacturing goals.
• Develop and manage operating budgets, capital expenditures, and cost controls.
• Oversee plant performance, ensuring achievement of quality and productivity standards.
• Champion continuous improvement efforts in production methods, asset reliability, and preventive maintenance.
• Control operational costs including labor, overtime, and supply expenditures.
• Mentor and develop departmental leaders; promote team alignment with company objectives.
• Drive safety and compliance culture through training, procedures, and monitoring.
• Report on plant performance, financial targets, and future planning to executive leadership.

🎓 Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Management , Engineering (preferred), or Business .
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing leadership .
• Demonstrated success managing in a union environment .
• Proven ability to manage complex budgets and interpret financial statements.
• Expertise in manufacturing processes, operational planning, and process improvements.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
