What will you be doing?

• Oversee all aspects of the plant's operations, including production scheduling, resource allocation and workforce optimization.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of skilled workers.
• Ensure all products meet or exceed industry standards and customer specifications.
• Implement and enforce safety standards.

What do you bring?

• Positive, can-do attitude
• 5 or more years of structural steel fabrication experience.
• Proven leadership and management skills.
• Ability to work independently, make decisions and problem solve.
