STRATA7 Technology provides tailored UCaaS (Unified Communications as a Service) solutions to clients nationwide. The company is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records and support day-to-day accounting functions.Cash Management & Accounts Payable: Manage cash flow, process check runs, and electronic payments 3–5 times per week.
Bank Reconciliation: Perform reconciliations 1–2 times per month to ensure accuracy of financial records.
Payroll & Taxes: Facilitate payroll processing through a third-party provider and ensure tax filings are accurate and timely.
Systems Reconciliation: Reconcile QuickBooks with billing and invoicing systems.
Monthly Close: Close the books monthly and provide management reports by the 15th of each month.
Year-End Close & Compliance: Support year-end closing activities and prepare IRS Form 1099s in compliance with federal requirements.
Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping experience (preferred).
Proficiency with QuickBooks (required) and other accounting/billing software.
Understanding of payroll processes and tax compliance .
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication skills and professional integrity.
Comfortable working in a remote, cloud-based environment .
