Store Order Fulfillment

Join our dynamic team as an Order Fulfillment Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in accurately and efficiently filling store orders. Your commitment to safety and adherence to corporate policies, along with state and federal laws, will be essential to our operations.

Responsibilities:

• Select and fulfill orders with precision.
• Read orders to identify item numbers and quantities.
• Build and organize pallets for shipping.
• Sort and handle merchandise from various sources.
• Gather merchandise from assigned bins, shelves, or pick slots.
• Submit completed orders for shipping.
• Perform all tasks safely and effectively, with or without reasonable accommodations.

Qualifications:

Minimum:

• Ability to read and understand simple instructions and correspondence.
• Capable of writing basic correspondence.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction in various group settings.
• Computation skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Common sense understanding of detailed instructions, both written and oral.
• Aptitude for resolving straightforward problems in standardized contexts.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Strong sense of purpose and urgency in daily tasks.
• Willingness to work weekends and overtime regularly.
• Familiarity with distribution center terminology and processes.
• Ability to meet production standards consistently.

Desired:

• High school diploma or GED with at least one year of relevant experience, or a similar combination of education and experience.
