Certified Mobile Notary Service ( is looking for a Remote Mobile Notary Public to work in the U.S. only. Specialty: Loans
Responsibilities
Conduct remote loan signings for various financial transactions, including mortgage closings, refinance agreements, and other critical paperwork.
Verify signers' identities and witness signatures to comply with state notary laws and industry standards.
Guide clients through the signing process, ensuring understanding and accurate completion of documents.
Maintain detailed records of notarized documents, including dates, signers' identities, and transaction details.
Communicate professionally with clients, lenders, title companies, and stakeholders to coordinate appointments.
Qualifications and Skills
Must be a U.S. citizen with a high school diploma or equivalent.
Active Notary Public commission in your state; training provided.
Certified Notary Signing Agent (CNSA) preferred.
Experience as a Mobile Notary Signing Agent with remote loan signings.
Knowledge of state-specific notary laws, especially related to loans.
Proficiency with online notarization platforms and digital tools.
Excellent communication and attention to detail.
Job Requirements
High-speed internet, reliable computer with camera and microphone, home office setup, and access to digital notarization software.
Compensation
$125.00 - $200.00 per loan signing appointment.
