Beyond Yoga operates as a standalone brand with the benefit of LS&Co.'s global capabilities to help it achieve its goals of brand-building, store opening, category expansion and distribution.
The Creative Director weaves together compelling stories that captivate our customers and promote engagement. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you'll collaborate with teams to bring our brand vision to life across all touchpoints, from product design to marketing campaigns. Your role will shape our brand's evolution and ensuring every touchpoint resonates and fosters an impression with our customers.
About the Job - Support the articulation of Beyond Yoga's brand visual identity, ensuring consistency and coherence across all creative assets and communications.
- Develop narratives that resonate with our audience and bring our brand values to life in authentic and meaningful ways.
- Prior managerial experience with 7+ years' of experience.
- Lead and inspire a team of creatives to produce compelling visual content that communicates our brand's essence and engages our audience.
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of integrated brand marketing campaigns to enhance brand love, grow customer engagement, and increase market share.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure agreement and integration of creative strategies with our goals.
- Maintain standards of aesthetic excellence in all creative deliverables, from product design to marketing materials.
- Stay informed about industry trends and cultural shifts to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. Use data and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of creative campaigns and improve strategies for maximum impact.
- Mentor and empower a team of creatives, promoting a culture of collaboration, creativity, and learning.
- Build relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to ensure the successful execution of brand strategies and programs.
About You - Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Prior success in creative leadership roles within the consumer goods, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
- Understanding of brand strategy, storytelling, and visual communication principles.
- Creative vision and the ability to translate abstract concepts into compelling visual narratives.
- Prior managerial and team-building skills, with experience inspiring and motivating creative teams.
This is a hybrid position based in our Culver City, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.
The expected starting salary range for this role is $119,800- $177,200per yearWe may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
