We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and accounting functions. 

  • Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform various accounting functions to support the business.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Serve as the point of contact for vendors and service providers.
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
  • Manage office budget and expenses, including petty cash and invoicing.

The ideal candidate will have Ford Dealership experience.
