Welder Position

Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding in flat, overhead, and various positions, interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Ensure welds meet quality and safety standards in an ISO-certified environment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in MIG welding.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to weld in various positions (flat, overhead, downhill).
• Must pass a MIG welding test.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with TIG welding.
• Knowledge of stainless steel and mild steel welding.
• Experience in grinding and structural welding.
• Own welding hood and steel-toe boots.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts.

Job Type & Location:

This is a contract to hire position based out of Boaz, AL.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
