Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on graphic design experience, who is also comfortable working directly with clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, paired with marketing experience, as they will be responsible for creating and posting engaging content on social media platforms, including newsletters and digital assets.

The candidate should possess strong writing skills and the ability to create compelling, targeted content that resonates with a wide audience. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat) is essential, and the ability to translate technical information into clear, effective messaging is critical for success in this role. Previous experience in B2B marketing is required, with a preference for candidates from service or software-related industries.

Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

• Set Corporate brand guidelines and create templates. Ensure all marketing and communications materials comply with the Company's brand guidelines.
• Manage digital marketing across multiple channels, including internet, video/animation, social media/outreach, email campaigns, and generation/follow-up of digital sales leads.
• Oversee marketing client relationships.
• Work with Sales and Product Managers to synthesize Voice-of-Customer, considering customer experience and satisfaction, various market segments, and customer personas.
• Write contents based on technical inputs. Provide writing expertise to higher level contents, such as white papers and articles.
• Perform basic desktop publishing to create/update collateral materials.
• Develop and drive all materials and activities for product launches.
• Combine contents and ensure Sales has accurate, current, and effective materials.

Required Education, Skills, Knowledge and Experiences:

• 2+ years' experience in graphic design
• 2+ years' experience in marketing
• Proficient computer skills (MS Office, interface applications); knowledge of ERP system functionality preferred
• Strong knowledge of image editing and page layout software programs (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, and Illustrator).
• Effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to be articulate, diplomatic and professional
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; remaining focused, flexible and detail-oriented
• Capability to project a professional presence with external and internal customers
• A strong work ethic, a passion for learning, and strong personal integrity
