The Felician Sisters of North America is looking for a creative and passionate marketer to join the Office of Mission Advancement. The Marketing and Communications Associate is responsible for supporting the social media and marketing strategies of the Felician Sisters of North America. This position will play a key role in content creation, digital marketing campaigns, and supporting the production of various communication materials. This specialist will assist with marketing needs to enhance outreach, raise awareness of the Felician Sisters' ministries, and foster engagement with the community. The Marketing and Communications Associate is a full-time, onsite/remote hybrid position (3 days onsite per week) that offers an exciting opportunity to work with a national non-profit organization that serves throughout North America. Our provincial/administrative office is located north of Pittsburgh in North Sewickley Township, PA (west of Cranberry Twp.). What you will be doing: The Marketing and Communication Associate works as a part of the Office of Mission Advancement team to assist in monitoring social media accounts, responding to comments and messages and engaging with followers to build community Collaborates with the Digital Communications Coordinator to manage social media scheduling, tracking performance metrics and identifying trends to enhance engagement. Provides administrative support for digital and print publication efforts, including contributing to articles, feature stories and event promotions. Assists in preparing content for internal newsletters such as "Living the Mission" and "Around the Province" to keep sisters, employees and stakeholders informed. Assists in organizing and executing media campaigns and pitching stories to regional and national media outlets to build awareness of the Felician Sisters' ministries. Contributes to the development of digital marketing materials for national and international vocation events and Catholic youth and women's conferences. Assists in organizing and coordinating promotional materials for events, including social media promotions, email campaigns and digital fliers. Assists in learning the design process - from layout to production. Collaborates with the Chief Mission Advancement Officer to help implement the strategic communications plan. Attends meetings and supports team activities, contributing to the ongoing development of marketing strategies and campaigns. Attends and participates in committees, seminars, conferences, and in-service training programs as directed. Experience with nonprofit communications or mission-driven work is preferred. Basic knowledge of digital design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage. Ability to create content across various formats, including social media posts, blogs, email newsletters, and print materials. Familiarity with social media platforms, analytics tool,s and content management systems. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Creative thinker with an eye for detail and an understanding of branding and storytelling. Knowledge of SEO best practices and website content management.
