ARSI® is accepting applications for a   Legal Assistant within our Wichita office location. We are looking for full-time team members to further our mission to deliver exceptional service and performance by responding immediately to our client's needs and viewing our organization as an extension of our client's business, and working with consumers to resolve account balances.

Responsibilities and qualifications for the position include, but are not limited to:

• Handling requests for information and consumer calls
• Processing pleadings and mail, performing data entry, as well as electronic filing
• Attending court to provide assistance to attorneys and consumers
• Previous experience in civil law is a plus
• Prior computer experience, including Microsoft Word, is required
• Bilingual(Spanish) is a plus!
• A valid driver's license is required

Responsibilities are subject to change at any given time at the discretion of Upper Management.
No experience of our software necessary - will train!
