We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Lead Teacher who is passionate about nurturing and educating children with special needs. The ideal candidate will create a safe, clean, and nurturing space where students can thrive and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans.
Maintain a safe and nurturing classroom environment.
Ensure a well-organized and smoothly functioning classroom.
Communicate regularly with parents, sharing updates on their children’s progress and achievements.
Guide students toward independence and personal growth.
Prepare daily correspondence for parents.
Complete quarterly progress reports on student development.
