What You’ll Do:

• Handle  inbound buyer and initiate first contact
• Engage in  real-time conversations (phone, text, email) with potential clients
• Qualify and nurture leads until they’re ready to meet with an agent
• Match clients with the right agents based on location, loan type, and needs
• Track your daily activities in our CRM and hit performance metrics
• Work side-by-side with agents, lenders, and the leadership team to drive closings

Experience

• Proven experience in inside sales or phone sales
• Familiarity with real estate sales concepts and technology sales is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English are essential for effective client interactions.
• Experience using CRM software such as Follow Up Boss is advantageous.

This position is fully remote, with weekend shift being covered between the hours of 8am to 9pm Saturday & Sunday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20 per hour + bonus pay.
