Job Description: Ideal Candidate: B.S. 7 YOE of Instructional Designer experience. Mastery of tools like Articulate Rise & Storyline, Captivate, and Adobe Illustrator.
Job Description: S eeking a dedicated Instructional Designer to join our team for a complex project. As an individual contributor, you will collaborate with subject matter experts to design, develop, and implement high-quality instructional materials.
Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate virtually with subject matter experts to create simplified instructional materials for online courses focused on clinical trials.
- Design and revise storyboards, simulations, and multimedia elements that enrich the learning experience.
- Ensure alignment of instructional content with learning objectives, design principles, and best practices for effective online learning.
- Manage timelines and coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of course materials.
Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, instructional technology, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years in instructional design with a focus on creating interactive content.
- Proficiency in authoring tools like Articulate Rise & Storyline, Captivate, and Adobe Illustrator.
Skills: - Exceptional strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects in a cross-functional environment.
- Preferred experience in biotech/pharmaceutical/GxP or other highly regulated industries.
- Demonstrated experience in developing training content.
- Mastery of tools like Articulate Rise & Storyline, Captivate, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Excellent skills with strength in project management.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
