Job Title: Inside Sales Manager

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Inside Sales Representatives to consistently exceed goals.
• Drive sales performance through structured accountability, clear expectations, and daily follow-up.
• Streamline sales processes to improve accuracy, speed, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with customers to strengthen relationships and uncover new opportunities.
• Work cross-functionally with operations, finance, and marketing to support sales growth.
• Handle escalations, resolve issues quickly, and ensure commitments are met with urgency and precision.

• Proven experience in inside or outside sales —you’ve been a top performer and understand what it takes to close business.
• Leadership experience —you’ve managed or led a team and are passionate about helping others reach their potential.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills—you connect well with people and know how to drive accountability.
• A proactive, hands-on leader who acts with urgency and doesn’t wait to be told what to do.
• Energy, confidence, and a passion for results.
